Constant Health is the only program in Canada that combines clinical nutrition therapy, tools from cognitive behavior therapy(CBT), and personalized technology to support individuals while they are at home before, during, and after cancer treatment.
Clients who register receive support from registered dietitians (RDs) who specialize in nutrition and behaviour change, providing evidence-based strategies to help regain energy and strength, manage weight, and increase confidence with food.
Our app-based technology enhances care between appointments, offering real-time feedback, interactive tracking, and communication with your care team. You’ll also have access to Chloe, our AI assistant, who provides personalized guidance and encouragement throughout your program.
Each appointment is fully virtual and tailored to your priorities. Together, you and your dietitian will:
You’ll always have an agenda built around your needs, whether that’s improving intake during periods of low appetite, managing fatigue, or exploring new eating patterns after treatment.
No. We will never require you to purchase special foods or supplements.
If supplements are medically indicated for example, to address nutrient deficiencies your dietitian will guide you through safe, evidence-based options. Otherwise, we focus on using everyday foods to help meet your nutrition goals.
Dietitians are regulated health professionals. They translate medical nutrition evidence into practical, real-world strategies that fit your lifestyle and treatment plan.
They will help you to find strategies that can:
Constant Health dietitians also receive ongoing training in behaviour change and nutrition care to ensure you receive current, compassionate, and evidence-based support.

No, we don’t provide prescriptive meal plans. Instead, your dietitian will help you build flexible eating routines and menu ideas that work for your needs, taste preferences, and treatment side effects.
We’ve also built a recipe library to help you plan meals that are easy to prepare, nourishing, and enjoyable. Whether cooking for yourself or your family. You can filter recipes by ingredients, time to cook, or energy needs, and even add your own favourite dishes.
That’s entirely up to you.
Weight can be one of several indicators of nutritional status that can be helpful to monitor, but it’s not the only one. We also look at energy, strength, stamina, digestion, and how you feel day to day. Some people prefer not to track weight during treatment or recovery and that’s completely fine.
The time commitment depends on your specific program and needs.
Between sessions, you can choose to track meals, reflect on progress, or connect with Chloe for support. We encourage small, consistent actions rather than large time investments. We appreciate energy and time commitments will likely fluctuate over these months so we aim to be as flexible as possible, finding the smallest changes that will have the greatest impact.
Your sessions are personalized, but some common topics include:
Your needs may change throughout the program, and we’ll adjust together. If there is anything you would like to discuss let your dietitian know and they will prioritize the topics that are important to you.
Yes! Many clients choose to continue care through our maintenance programs. These options help you sustain momentum, reinforce habits, and continue building confidence over time, with as much or as little support as you need.
Food tracking can be a valuable tool during and after treatment, helping you identify patterns in appetite, digestion, and symptom triggers. Food tracking can also help us to better understand your body’s energy needs at different phases of treatment and recovery.
We have tried to make tracking as simple and easy as possible offering options such as photo or voice logging and scanning barcodes.
Chloe extends your care beyond appointments by offering:
Chloe’s feedback evolves as you progress through your sessions with the dietitian helping you reflect and identify areas that may be helpful to focus on.
Appetite, digestion, and energy can fluctuate during and after treatment. Your program is flexible and your RD will support you in adjusting your approach as your needs change.
That’s completely understandable, and you’re not alone. Changes in appetite, weight, cravings, and food-related anxiety are common. Our dietitians are trained to help you navigate these cravings and emotional eating with compassion and build a sense of control and confidence again.
