Step 1: Sign In to Your Desjardins Account

• Go to theaccèsD login page
• Enter youruser IDandpasswordto log in
• If you don’t have an account, follow theregistration guideto sign up

Step 2: Once You're Logged in

• After logging in, you'll be on the"Home" screen.
• Next, click on"Remaining coverage and next eligible claim dates"
• Then click on"Paramedical services"
• Finally, click on"Dietician"

Step 3: Understand What’s Covered

You should see an amount available that you are covered for. This will vary, since coverage depends on your specific plan.

Step 2: Provide them with your Member ID
