Knowing what to do and being able to do it consistently are two different things. Constant Health is a 15-week program where you work one-on-one with a registered dietitian to close that gap. You build habits that fit your actual life, not an idealized version of it. Between appointments, Chloe, your AI assistant, helps with the in-between questions, while your dietitian reviews your progress every session. Everything is personalized to you, and evolves as you do.

Two 60-minute sessions to start, followed by six 30-minute follow-ups.

Every session is personal, balancing compassion, knowledge, and structure based on our CBT approach. And between sessions, you'll be supported when you need it most.
Support after the program
Progress doesn't end at week 15. Neither does your support. We offer optional plans from app-only to regular check-ins with your dietitian. You decide how much support is helpful.

When someone tells us they want to lose x amount of weight, our first question is "why x?" Because the difference between 35, 40, or 45 pounds rarely matters. What matters is what those pounds are blocking: dancing at your grandchild's wedding, hiking with your spouse, feeling comfortable in a bathing suit. Once you know what you're really after, it becomes the compass for how.

Together, you and your dietitian work as a team of scientists. You form a hypothesis about a habit, a meal pattern, or a craving trigger, then test it and gather data. What you discover, even when something doesn't work, becomes the basis for what you try next. The goal isn't to grade your performance. It's to build the kind of self-awareness that lasts well beyond the 15 weeks.

When you stop running experiments (when the data goes quiet), your dietitian notices and reaches out. The program is designed so support doesn't depend on you having to ask for it.
