At Constant Health our dietitians aren’t just required to delve deeper into the medical science of weight management, they also learn the behavior change skills we know are necessary to make permanent lifestyle changes.
Training for Constant Health’s RDs includes twice monthly workshops with our Clinical Psychologist in sessions designed to learn how to utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) in supporting behaviour change, weekly peer supervision, as well as monthly journal and book clubs to ensure that they’re up to date on the latest evidence around weight management and behavioral change.
But even with all of our specialized training, our real secret sauce comes from our ability to leverage the factors mentioned above into our behavioral intervention technology, where we don’t use our technology to replace a clinical team, but to empower them. A tool that has been designed and built specifically to allow you to create, test, and form habits with structured professional support on the other side.
